Talaska Probate Estate Asset Distributions
Personal Property of Eric's That the Executor (LT) Ransacked & Converted or Stole
NOT PART OF THE ESTATE - LT ALREADY TOOK OVER 50% OF THE ALBUMS/PHOTOS FROM THE ESTATE BEFORE DOING THIS

After Loaned to LT. Many original photos damaged due to being placed face down on adhesive areas where Lee removed and took other photos
Around 2009, Lee also negligently left Eric's metal and wood bed frame outside in the rain and caused it to rust. Eric asked him not to set it outside.
During the probate, LT took some of Eric's tools and papers without asking.
Lee also crushed many boxes Eric was storing.
When Eric was moving from the estate house (not yet moved) LT stole Eric's water nozzle and ADT security sign. Only after filing a report to the Sheriff, he returned it.
In mid 2012, Eric loaded up the best family heirlooms and valuables he had into an enclosed trailer to be temporarily stored at his sister's place. He expected payment from at least the house sale shortly after as promised by Lee in which case he would retrieve the trailer and put the items in a climate controlled location. But since Lee nefariously refused to pay the estate funds, the items sat in the trailer during the next two summers and winters which damaged a lot due to Lee's negligence.
